great stay at this off-strip location
modern rooms comfy couch
the rooms were modern. the shower was very nice. it had a comfy couch in the living room. i loved the easy free parking.
i found the pool needed chlorine. it was a small issue .

closed pool long check-in
the location was convenient off the strip and offered easy access.
The pool was closed. i paid a resort fee for two rooms. I thought these rooms would be joined because i booked them together for my family. check-in took an hour. That was quite long.

the staff proved super helpful and professional . my room was spacious and clean. it also featured a wide tv screen. the shower offered a great experience.
the hotel lacked a coffee machine in the room, a small inconvenience.

amazing views attentive staff
the salon corner view suite provided amazing views. the room was clean. the staff was fast and attentive, so customer service was excellent here.
i noticed a strange odor, it smelled like cigarette smoke. i noticed spots on the floor. it appears nothing was cleaned properly.

the hotel is near several shops and restaurants. there are also public transportation options nearby. the area is well-kept, so navigation is straightforward, and i found access to amenities quite convenient! the area is safe.

vip assistance beautiful room

clean room night shower clean bed low quality bad service rude clientele
i had a clean room. i did not use the parking or the bar. i shower at night, so i got to bed clean.
the food is low quality. the customer service is bad. clientele is rude. the gambling had better luck on the strip.
